I was just checking some weather data on temperatures. Can you believe it is warmer in Burlington, Vermont that it is in parts of Florida? Of course it won't stay that way long.
@Stereoguy You can use a gas-pack with natural or propane. Up you can have the propane tank placed underground. The build a concrete form slightly larger than the tank. They place a concrete lid over it but it has
piping for ventilation. The put an extention on the tank to fit the nozzle onto when refilling the tank. They do that here for protection from tornados. I am attaching a picture of my gas-pack. It is a York which is one of the higher end units
