If have someone come out to fix something, no matter how trivial, you are usually going to get hit with a minimum one hour of labor charge.

@bostonspdo Yes. However I do not think that it is the landlord's responsibility to change smoke detector batteries. I expressed my displeasure. This tenant has not had a lot of repairs so letting it slide this time around.
