( You know I hate when you sound like father to me)
You were always the best brother I wish I could show you That which you choose not to see You were the best brother a brother I wish I could be

Remember the fights? I must say you were mostly right I remember the tunes I can still hear you from my room
(Even now, though we live a city apart)
Do you remember when And do you remember when We were still friends I want to get high again
I am sorry I said you were a bad man I was in a bar and some man Thought he knew who you were
I never meant what I said
( " Your Matt's little brother? I know Matt he's a good man." 'You don't know who he is')
Remember when I told you I wish I was dead and then you said what you said And I've hated you ever since
But what you said Isn't what I thought you meant Come on man let's have a drink Let's be friends
