I Need to Rant

Ok i need to have a rant. I have put planning permission in to my local council to have an extension on the back of my house. I asked my neighbour when i was planning it what he thought and he said it was a good idea and would look good i asked him if was ok with it as if he an issues we could somehow work it out. But i have just found out he has objected to it. Why do people have to be two faced
