I Need to Rant

I hate that my job wants a 3 week notice to take off or simply work a different schedule than the norm. Especially when they make the work schedule [b]one[/b] week at a time. How am I supposed to have a life and make plans for the weekend when I don't know what time I'm gonna work next month?🤷🏾
