I called it a fetish in order to attract all the pervs............of course, I'm joking. A fetish is something that we feel a strong connection with and a strong desire for. It can be sexual and it can be non-sexual. I simply wanted to convey that depth of feeling.

I generally see a fetish being a small part of a whole. A connection or desire that supercedes the whole of what one desires...so to speak. Which is why so often "some fetishes" have the stigma of abnormality or irrationality.
You...well you seem to have a solid idea of what you want and I think it carries far more depth and contains more of a whole picture then a "fetish" has. That and...it can't be THAT rare to want a strong, beautiful, equal as a partner. Even if finding said person isn't always all that easy.
