I Have Flat Feet

I don't think my feet are fully flat, but they are semi-flat or pretty flat. It caused me ankle pain so I got gel inserts for my footwear. (few years ago, maybe when I was 17, I'm 21 now) I think it helped somewhat. (Not that my ankles won't get sore from activity, it's a pain I was getting, not soreness, though that too.)
