I Love My Family
Today my 9 year d daughter said that she knew what she wanted for Christmas. She knew what she was going to ask for Christmas. She said all she wanted for Christmas was love from her family.
Later, when I was trying to ask her to smile while she performed, I asked her if there was any memory she had that she could think of that would make her smile. Her answer was her family. She said it so quietly that I kept asking her to repeat it so finally she shouted “I LOVE MY FAMILY!” So I shouted back at her “We love you too!” It was a funny moment. I just never thought that family would be the “moment” to make her smile. I’m very pleased? That she does feel our love for her. We’re a divorced family but everyone gets along okay. So I’m verrrrrry relieved that her biggest wish is that all of us could live together. Lol. Someday when she breaks up with someone, she will realize, not everyone is compatabile and thats okay. — it’s not the end of the world if you think positive and treat each other with respect.
