lasagna...i thought was very complicated. it's SIMPLE actually and DELICIOUS!!mom made shopping and cooking so much more complicated than she had to. cost was a higher priority than taste. she would go to great lengths to save a nickle.

baked my first cake successfully!! a pound cake recipe with cranberrys and blueberrys.poured the batter into 2 loaf pans and covered with a glaze...DELICIOUS!! calls for 2 whole sticks of butter...i had no idea so much butter was used in most recipes haha
