I Like to Cook
My flax and pumpkin seed cracker recipe.
1 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp celery salt (opt if you dont like salty)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup water
oven 250 degrees
mix all then add water. spread very thinly on parchment paper (i use a large plastic triangle) use triangle edge to score into square or rectangular crackers. bake 1 hour. flip and bake 1/2 hour to 1 more hour til crisp and dry and crisp. these store well out of the fridge. (make sure they are dry)
