I Like to Cook

Righty ho then, just cooking some risotto with white wine, smoked bacon, onion, garlic and peas, followed by a nice chilled chocolate mouse made with 70% coco chocolate.
A perfect evening would be to serve and eat the food with a few bottles of red with some chatty people, and have entertainment in the form of close up magic. Wouldn’t that be so cool?
