I Have Insomnia

I feel my life is getting out of hand that not sleeping is getting out of hand. The meds dont work im sleeping less and less. My mind is becoming foggy and easily confused. Im looseing control of my emotions. I just want to get a gd restful night of sleep not 3 hrs and wake up dead tired.

Not sleeping at all is true hell... cannabis oil helped me (PTSD here too)

@awebventure: i dont know. I live in an apartment and if i got caught that would be emitied eviction. I know my doctors want to do a sleep study and maybe that will help. (idk what there gonna study outside of a person paceing all night cuz they took me out of my comfort zone

Its almost 3 am where i live so yeah i wont be sleeping for probably a couple mor hrs and then ill be up at 8 if im lucky
