I make $2,800 a month before taxes. Building credit score. Will it be hard for me to find a place? Live in Washington state

Depends on where in the state you live. In Seattle or Bellevue, all you can hope to get is a cramped studio. A little further north and south, and you'll really have to go for the lower-end apartments since commuting is popular.
Everywhere else is a lot more affordable, so that much money should be enough. I live just outside Seattle and barely qualified despite an 800+ credit rating and making $20 an hour. I fear that I might get priced out without a second job soon
