I Have Type 1 Diabetes

Today I woke up hypo. It was 2.6. That’s my blood glucose level. It’s supposed to be between 4 and 7. I corrected it with lucozade. It’s a quick way of getting glucose into my blood. But the government has decided that taxing sugar is good so it’s getting more difficult for me to find fast carbs.

It’s very funny but my sister asked me the same question yesterday. I don’t know the answer except you need glucose in your blood but preferably at the right level which my body doesn’t do! I am swigging lucozade as I write in the hope of staying alive!
its a paradox, you need insulin to lower the blood sugar but then it gets too low and then you need sugar. what if you never ate sugar or carbs at all?
