What double standard(s) do you dislike most? [I Ramble]

If a man has wrinkles, it defines character. If a woman has wrinkles, it's bad.

If a man is overweight, people are most likely to shrug it off. If a woman is overweight, she must not care about herself (and the various other crap 馃槓)

From what I have seen anyone overweight is immediately judged. Which with our puritanical culture leads people to believe it's a sin of some kind and a moral failing. I have even come across one preacher that said anyone overweight goes to hell. I wish I could send that preacher to hell instead馃槨

@canusernamebemyusername That's awful 鈽癸笍

I do think it probably depends on the area too. Because most of my life I've heard people say, "He's overweight because he works so hard at his job and he's stressed, his wife makes really good meals, he doesn't have time to workout..."

But women rarely received the same excuses
@JupiterDreams That is kind compared to what I have heard. What I hear is more like, "he or she is fat because they are lazy and can't control themselves. Why don't they get a job instead of eating all the time?"
They don't take into account gut micro-flora, genetics, medications, etc... It's always the person's fault. And if it is their fault they must be an evil diseased person out to spread fatness and eat their children.
