Things that push people towards suicide are not funny.

Being a single guy is not easy. They can get peer pressured (basically bullied) by other guys to think they are supposed to act certain ways towards women. Especially attractive women. And if a guy gets rejected, there might be no sympathy for them from anyone. So that instance might pass, guy maybe tried to get a hobby or something that his peers may call him names about then try to bully him to pursue another woman. Gets rejected again, tries hobby, gets bullied, gets rejected.

I’m telling this story because it has happened to me for many years. There were other factors involved that I didn’t even have much control over because once the anxiety and depression set in, anxiety was my only form of motivation.

This pattern of being bullied to pursue women, to getting rejected, to trying to do something else, only to be bullied again led me to feeling suicidal from time to time. So in a way I’m asking people to maybe think about that before they treat someone in a way that might be perpetuating that pattern in a person’s life.

Emotions are difficult for some people to process. I’ve never had so many waves of lust towards a woman, which led to impatience and anger, then rejection... followed by suicidal feelings which finally turned into sadness and simply having crying episodes, in the past several months.

Guys have problems too ladies. You aren’t the only victim these days. Maybe consider that from time to time.

I don't get that part.
The inclination for a normal mans desire for women is hard wired in.
It's like, instinctive.

@Budwick Do you really need peers to push you toward a desire in a way that doesn’t work for you?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@AbusedNeglected Are you saying that you are not interested in women?
Cuz, that matter a different kettle of fish.
AbusedNeglected · 36-40, M
@Budwick I think I’m saying you don’t understand the issue so you’re comments are useless.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@AbusedNeglected If that's how you respond to your peers, that may be why they turn on you.

Learn to be honest in your discussions with others.
You'll find that others may accept you - as is.

@AbusedNeglected He said most guys need not be "bullied" into pursuing women, because they do it anyway.
Men who do not feel attracted to women may feel pressure from their heterosexual male peers.

@Budwick I am but you aren’t even trying to understand the situation I explained. Trying to turn it on me.

Depp - I think you may have left out some critical points in your 'explanation'.

You've allowed the reader to assume that you have a normal desire for women but don't act on it, and that your friends are being mean to you as a result.

What I suspect is closer to the truth is that you are gay, your friends either suspect you are gay or they know it, and don't accept it.

@Budwick lol. Yup you are the problem and can’t even compute your own part in it. But you’ve likely been trained by your peers and other influences to act the way you do, over the course of decades. Kinda sad you can’t see or understand it.
AbusedNeglected · 36-40, M
@helenS wrong. Try again to understand someone else’s issue?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@AbusedNeglected
sad you can’t see or understand it.
I can't see what isn't there - no one can.
Your presentation here is elusive at best.
You've become angry with me after asking for clarification.
And you have assumed I am your enemy.
Again, if you treat your peers the same way - ,....
AbusedNeglected · 36-40, M
@Budwick I’m laughing at you now. You’re only angry with yourself. Don’t try project your emotional issues on me.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@AbusedNeglected
You’re only angry with yourself.
And yet, you are the one dismissing me and your peers.

Remember Deep - Be honest, first with yourself.

Budwick, OUT!
