I Want to Connect With Other Transgender People

I'm a non-binary trans masculine guy and I'm trying to start hormones and legally change my name! I know one openly trans person but other than that I don't really have anyone to talk to about my experiences. My partner is really supportive but they can't always understand my thoughts and feelings, especially the ones that relate to my transition. I've been out for a little over a year, and it feels like my medical transition will never get started, but I know that someday I'll be where I want to be.
