@betweenfatandfit: nobody has to manage it. Cats are quite capable of doing things like that with no encouragement. The big question is, how they managed to catch the picture. I'm thinking that they were video recording the cats crazy antics and then they just took that frame and used it. He wouldn't have remained in that pose while someone went for their camera or phone and even if they had it handy, by the time they realized it would be a good picture, the cat would have been long gone. So, yeah. Video recording.
