Have you ever encountered a very friendly fox?

I did today while walking in a park. She saw me and walked right up to me and stood there waiting for food.

I used to have one regularly accompany me on my early morning walk to the station

@SW-User they are becoming more urbanised for sure. I saw one at Oxford Circus once when it went into a coffee shop in broad daylight.

Look at that babyyyyyyyy. Super cute.
Raine · F
@assemblingaknob some of the foxes I've seen are skinny mangey looking, but this one looked very healthy. People must be feeding it.

@Raine probably lol. Sounds like it's well trained to receive treats from humans.

I think foxes are beautiful animals and the babies are so cute

Not a fox but sly like one...a NYC Central Park squirrrel, one of many there who are eager to come to humans seeking good like this guy.

@soar2newhighs some of the ones here are very tame too. Nice photo.

Careful not to feed her - She will continue returning.
Raine · F
@Noble i think people gave already been doing that and that's why she's so tame.

She looks inquisitive @Raine

That is odd. They are not supposed to be people friendly. I'd be careful when a wild animal acts so unusually.
vetguy1991 · 51-55, M
Not as friendly as that one
Awwww. It looks healthy and well-fed. Clearly that’s why it trusts humans. 😊

Yes...we had one that stuck around our cottage. It only came along when we were there. Obviously, the left overs was a delicacy so he didn't starve..lol
caesar7 · 61-69, M
@Raine I have just started that...brought it to a near forest and dumped the meat...always gone the next day. Why not Right?
Raine · F
@caesar7 yes it helps the animals in the winter months when food is so much harder to come by. I feed the squirrels and ducks too.
caesar7 · 61-69, M
@Raine I do also ...and consistently. Especially in the winter months.
