I am getting into animal totems and animal spirits thanks to someone on here. I saw a frog on my front doorstep last night. They represent transition and change

Interesting subject. I tend to have run-ins with various birds during strange moments in my life. Sometimes I think they're sending some kind of message (though I don't always know what it is).

@Summersrain might I suggest silent meditation? It's a really good way to develop your spiritual connection to and discover your spirit animal in the first place. It can be tricky to start with but once you get the hang of it meditation can be really beneficial in multiple ways
