I Am Smart Enough to Know I Don't Know It All

As you may, or may not know, depending on who you are and if you've ever dealt with more than 10 of the creatures at one time, Cows are not the most intelligent of large animals. ..
In fact, my opinion of them has Spiraled steadily downwards, the more I have worked with and around them...
...And I know... there are probably a few cow-huggers that would argue this opinion with tales of massively intelligent Bovines they had when they were a young lad or lass, and they would ride ol bossie or flopsy or whathaveyou around the fields with nary a quibble or bit of cantankerousness. ....
Anyway, I'm not here to argue the wit and quick thinking of Cows, it is just a mere observation of mine....
For example, the reason of this tiny bit of entertainment , (which has absolutely nothing to do with cow intelligence, but my own easy knowledge of the Spanish language). ... Is one cow, we'll call her Speckles. ..just cause..... who managed to get herself throughly stuck in between some automatic mechanical gates. ... so, intend of banging around a little or mooing. .. she just stood there.... as it is dark most of the time that I'm working, the dark shadowy places are especially shadowy, and we don't always see them right away.... so, as soon as I saw her, I yelled down... "ones stuck down here"....
no response from my fellow workers. ...
I tried again. ....
same result.....
finally, I frantically waved my arms pointing to the bestuck bovine and yelled
"Uno es ESTUCKO"......
It worked....
apparently my Spanish is improving. ... ;)
