I Love Hockey

A lot of hockey posts so I’m jumping on too. I just got back from the Devils opening game against the Avalanche, which they won 4-1. It was amazing, I bought the tickets last minute this morning and got amazing seats, 3 rows from the ice with nothing blocking my view of the opponent’s goal. I shook hands with hockey legend Chico Resch who just became the Devils new radio announcer and it was just a great experience!

@SW-User Yeah and you guys have a good team and a great community. I remember the All Star break Nashville had, it looked like such a fantastic event

@JRVanguard Tennessee doesn't have a single successful football team in state and the basketball team is in Memphis so you don't really hear much about them so we just stand behind hockey I went to game 3 and 4 of the SCF last year refs were bad but the team played good

@SW-User Oh that’s so cool you went to the Cup Finals! The Devils are all we have too, the New York Giants and Jets both play here but they won’t admit it and we lost the Nets🤷😒 so the Devils are our team

@SW-User Yeah but you guys had a great run, the longest playoff streak in North American professional sports. You still have some talent, you’re one good move away from being a great team again

nah kenny spent a lot of money on the wrong players. no one wants to come to the wings. and some of the old talent is getting too old and some of the young talent doesnt have much talent. the only way if the wings will do decent this year is if larkin and mantha do really well. as those are their top young guys. if they dont its going to be like last year and they will have a hard time scoring goals.
