I Am An Introvert At Heart

I am an introvert with antisocial tendencies. I am very selective of letting people in. I'm shy by nature and whenever I go into crowds, no matter the size, I always end up feeling claustrophobic. I might carry on a conversation if I have to with people, but it's hard for me to connect to them.. I don't know what it is about me but it's hard for me to find really good friends these days. I don't know if it's trust issues, being an introvert at heart, or whatever other reason it may be..

I am exactly the same way. I had very few friends growing up but I remember how much I liked the ones I did have. But now it's almost impossible for me to feel what someone else is feeling.

This is how I feel like for most days, except other days I feel rather outgoing and some say I am very charming and witty, but then I feel antisocial and the immediate need to retreat for days like today. Dont worry there are people like us out there. I personally wouldnt mind having a friend that needs space, as I am one who needs it constantly as well. You just have to find someone that accepts you the way you are.
