I already had it...🤣. I thawed out some strawberries this morning, macerated them, and had them on top of a chunk of banana nut bread, with Coconut whipped "cream". That was brunch. 😋

@MellyMel22 I was actually planning on it by the end of the summer, but then the pandemic happened, I ended up unemployed for 6 months, and had to start over again from square one 🤷🏾‍♂️. I really hope so too.
