I Have Something to Say

Something I learned in my psy class that I try to live by everyday. If you do your hw for more than 50 mins at a time, you won't remember any of it really. But if you break it up into 50 mins, take a break, then go another 50 min block, then you'll do great and remember more. To lower stress levels, she recommended us getting exercise 20 mins 4x a week. So you could do 50 mins of studying, go workout for 20 mins, then get back to the books which works out perfectly.

This morning I was worn out at work, so I got up, got a soda, and walked around the hallways (a circuit) for 10 minutes while sipping my soda. I burped loudly often and it echoed, which made me giggle. Then I came back and felt refreshed and ready to proceed with work!

80m of exercise a week sounds terribly unhealthy.

It's really not bad. When I did marching band and track in hs we had 3 hr practices twice a week and competitions every saturday for 4 months, and in track we had 2 hr practices everyday, even on saturdays for 4 months. So 80 mins is really nothing

That's what I mean't. :P It -is- really nothing.
