I miss my family and eating in restaurants and not having to avoid standing near people. I wont miss putting on masks everytime I go out either.

Taking college classes on campus/in person. It was a great way to meet new people.

Ironically...not really. I was plunged 2 years back to the same solitude I felt during my college years. I was supposed to experience a dramatic change in 2020 but pandemic postponed everything. I evidently regressed.
I miss the rare meetings with those few friends I have.

@CrazyMusicLover This breaks my heart. I am going threw the same thing in a way. I have few friends and no way interact the way I am use to. I am kind of lost.

@spandexblue I hoped to meet new people, possibly make more opportunities for myself to find a partner too but here I am now in the same rut I have been before, alone and getting older. 😅 I can't say I am unhappy or suffer but I know it is not good for me. Definitely won't be in a couple of years.

I miss being able to gather with my siblings and friends for impromptu meals. I miss being able to eat at cafes and restaurants, and I really miss being able to go stay with my friends like I do a few times a year. This year was the first birthday since 2002 that I haven’t gone for a visit.

I miss you and me being here before Covid and also and after Covid also.

I hope you stay healthy and can take care of anything that comes your way. Mostly what I wish for you is to have more company than you can deal with. You know like a family reunion. where you just want to kill that little, well you get the gist.
