My oldest sister got an old cassette deck for Christmas one year. It didn't take long for the tape in it to get tangled. I took the tape out and thought, "hmmmm I wonder if a pencil would fit in there and I could rewind the tape. It did and I did and I was my sister's hero since she only had one tape. Then I found out that everybody did that. I thought I had invented something. lol
