Looks like it's No. 4. He's the only one with a missing knife.
And she appears to have a piece of his clothing in her hands.
And he has blood on his neck.
(and he looks dodgy).

I say 4; the victim is holding a piece of his shirt, and looks like his face and neck were injured; it appears the victim fought for her life.

Number 4. but number 1 needs to be arrested as well for fraud and number five is stealling from his boss
