Its amazing here how if someone hurts you , the friends you have and the ones that trust you have to suffer as well , sometimes the net is more of a waste of time trusting friends

There will always be people out there who hurt you sadly. It's about how emotionally invested you are with them to actually let it affect you. One can't live in loneliness nor with their thoughts for too long. It's not healthy.
