Oh that is awful. Good thing you were there. Hope you're better, now. I saw a child get hit by a car once. He was ok, but was knocked off his bike, into the air. That was horrible. I was a wreck for a few days after that.

Bless you for being you, for being there for this person. I know it must have been a shock for you but if your instinct made you run to that person instead of running away you were made to help that person. Your strengths infallible.
