I feel lucky because i was born in this modern age. If i was born in the ancient times those thing might happened to me at any time casually. Seriously i feel like ancient woman have no value at all, even the mightiest woman like their Goddess was raped. Here i have the list of some sexual assault in the mythological era on some legends :
1. Goddess Hera the Queen of Olympus. She was raped by Zeus, she feel ashamed for that so she accept Zeus marriage proposal. What's more? Hera was Zeus sister 馃槕馃槕
2. Goddess Demeter was raped by Zeus and Poseidon. And yes you guess it right, Demeter was Zeus and Poseidon sister
3. Pershepone, the daughter of Demeter from Zeus was raped and abducted by Hades. And again.. Hades was Persephone uncle 馃う馃徎
4. Europa seduced and abducted by Zeus in the form of a bull (bestiality 馃槺馃槺馃槺)
5. Leda also raped by Zeus in the form of a swan (bestiality again 馃う馃徎)
6. Helen of Troy (daughter of Zeus from Leda) was raped and abducted by Theseus
7. Medusa (yes, THAT medusa) was raped by the mighty Poseidon
Well that's it for now. Crazy right? I mean.. if the ancient people can made up a story like like i can instantly figure out how the society back then under valued a woman.
