I Have Something to Say

It's amazing how people. Forget this ountry was founded on people fleeing their own countries. Looking for a better life, freedoms they were not afforded at home. Now their countries should be shamed into making their citizens not flee. If that is the case let's begin at the beginning England, Ireland, Poland, Germany, Spain, Italy.... please begin your recalls. Side note: Don't give me that explorers line of stuff for those who "discovered" lands people already inhabited, raped (the land and people) and pillaged, riddled with disease and so forth. Let's not forget the religious persecutions they faced at home, the prisoners they allowed to come over hoping they would make the journey and if not if they died who cared about common criminals dying on the trip.
So before you want the immigrants to all pack up and go home remember you probably need some new luggage.

NO ONE HAS SAID FOR ALL IMMIGRANTS TO GO HOME! PAY CLOSER ATTENTION BEFORE YOU MAKE A POLITICAL ATTACK!

What President Trump, along with EVERYONE who voted for him, are trying to do is stop ILLEGAL immigration... Something which by definition is a CRIME. Should we NOT enforce our laws?

Yes... We ARE a nation of immigrants... LEGAL immigrants. Yes, we HAVE made mistakes back in years past... Do NOT seek to hold ANYONE ALIVE TODAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM! NO ONE can change the past. That said... Once we had the founding of this nation well established, we set up means for LEGAL immigrants to enter this country. An OVERWHELMING number of us here today are the children and grandchildren of these LEGAL immigrants who REALLY WERE coming here for a better life, willing to break ALL ties with their native countries in order to do so.

They did NOT desire to ever go back.

They did NOT send money back home, unless it was in an effort to help their loved ones to make it over here as well.

They did NOT seek government hand-outs, preferring instead to work long hours, doing whatever jobs they could find, in order to establish themselves here. Quite a number of our landmarks and infrastructure were built by these immigrants.

These LEGAL immigrants enriched our nation and were instrumental in making us the superpower that we ARE today.

That is NOT the case with the illegal immigrants coming across today!

Illegals are bringing violent gangs into this country (MS13 being one VERY notorious example).

They are bringing DRUGS into this country.

Some of them are ATTACKING our citizens!

And some... Are terrorists from enemy nations, seeking to infiltrate our country...

It is THIS most destructive of crimes that we are FIGHTING LIKE HELL to stop!

However... All said and done...

If ANYONE wishes to go through the LEGAL immigration process... To become naturalized U.S. citizens... So that, in addition to escaping a hellhole, they might also be able to establish a better life for themselves and their children HERE...

Then... By ALL MEANS...

Come...
