I Have Something to Say

Not everyone read my last story beneath this heading, about me coming face to face with management, and with so much confidence i knew i would win as i put my point across and got my way..i did say instead they will bow to me, and i think some took that in a literate sense..i meant ill turn tables and make them realise, hopefully shed some sort of influence on them.......and guess what? Two days after i share the result..i got exactly what i went for...my message was put across..i actually felt i had pushed them into a corner with no real explanations for things...they tried something.. but i had evidence and proof they werent accurate on what they said...and tomorrow when i start my shift..things are going my way.....manager 0....me 1

Understand, unless you have backing from others in the business, realize that you have a target on your back, with the words, "First to go" written on it.

And if you forced the management's hand, understand, there will be a reason found to remove you. Maybe not today, but they will.

@All2livefor Ok, good. See, I'm another one who has no fear of taking the management out behind the building for a chat. However, I have always made sure it is understood that it isn't undermining, but empowering, that I seek. Fair, equitable, and makes sense for both the employee and employer.
