I Have Something to Say

When asked whose birthday we celebrate at Xmas, a friend's little boy unhesitantly replied "Santa Claus's". Nice to know some children are being brought up right. :)

So, he mistook one imaginary, and invisible man for another :-)

I think we've surrendered Christmas a long, long, long time ago, to Santa. It's really about the presents, and parties, isn't it?

@Northwest People are starting to remember what it's all about, before the christians hijacked it and tried to make it about their god. It's a time to celebrate as the Sun starts to regain its strength and the spirit of Santa travels over the world..

@suzie1960 Otherwise known as the Winter Solstice (approximately), picked by early Christians, to insure continuity, as Rome celebrated the Winter solstice.
