I Wish You A Happy New Year

This year has been a roller coaster ride of epic proportions.

I am not sure how I am feeling just yet about the new year coming ..hours from now.

I guess I am sad.

I feel like I am closing the door on something...something I am not ready to close the door on. I am not sure I will ever be ready, honestly. Yet, I know I must. For now, at least.

I must because I can't keep grasping at invisible straws.

So tonight at midnight I won't be bothering to worry about a New Years kiss...I will be encouraging myself to close that door...and to open a new one. One that might lead me to better things.
