I Really Love the Mountains

I so love walking on the mountains. In the summer I take a picnic and walk all day. There are a few places I love to sit and sketch. By streams! The mountains are limestone! There are very few streams! I love where the stream plunges down into a gorge. The only tree on the whole mountain grows there. Except she doesn’t really grow. She clings on to life. Life is so tenacious.
