I Am a Hopeless Romantic

I was always overlooked in high school, all of my pals and friends with the girlfriends whereas i was in the corner in the blindspot of attention looking at the scene in black and white. I never truly understood what it means to be loved by someone apart from my family, i probably never will. I am my own soldier, my own path my one and only soul that dwells within my mind and my heart.
I am a soldier but a soldier with a futile struggle from the beginning, the only thing i can hope and hold onto is my soul, the thing that makes me who i am which will eventually lead me to the one that i am looking for, without a face, without anything, just a shadow waiting to reveal itself unto me.
I don't know how to continue, my life has no passion, no drive, for it is always in black and white.
