I Love My Daughter

I had all the best intentions of a 6am morning run before i started work, however it just wasn't to be.
as i was getting ready i heard shuffling on the monitor and then my little girl talking to herself saying good morning to all her toys. With her mum still asleep my plans changed to breakfast and a couple of quality hours with my daughter.
better for soul just not as good for the waistline!
