I Hate Being Lied to

My friend got made into doing something against me which really hurt my feelings. She lied/kept it a secret for about 3 weeks. She later, finally, confessed it to me and I was dead heart broken. She felt really sorry and guilty and apologized a lot, and even tried to cheer me up and make it up to me. But till this day, i could never forget the betrayal of someone so close. We still are best friends and stuff but I have this anxious feeling we aren't as close as we used to be :(
