I usually ignore people who insults my body. But sometimes I don't.

Yesterday, I was so frustrated that my colleague insult my big eyes not to stare him like that. I mean, my eyes are big. What's wrong with that.

Then it starts so hurt.

Just call it out. Tolerating that sort of behavior only encourages them to do it more.

@SW-User Too much scene will happen. I don't think I can handle my emotions and the scene. It will turn bad.

@SW-User I need to be in control . Then I can do it. I am not a firm person. It takes time for me to ready in that kind of situation..

But I let my guard off not to be hypervigilance.
