My day was going just fine, now I have anxiety [I Am Anxious]

I found out yesterday that I'd been scheduled for a virtual interview.

I was hoping I could just go to my car and do it during lunch.

But apparently I have to do some sort of presentation, and I don't have all the details right now.

And it's an hour long, which I do not have 1 hr lunches.

I put in for PTO but it's 1 week away😐

I hope I get approved to be off. I cannot/will not miss this interview
