What becomes of your mobile?
When you upgrade, what becomes of your mobile? I have had a few phones given to me. And learned to take them to the police station. They can program the mobile to access 911 for 'Women In Distress'

Oh, in the UK you can dial emergency services from a mobile with no credit or sim card, good idea though
