What should I do?

I have really bad anxiety, especially when it comes to presenting. Right now, it actually feels like I am going to throw up, even though I haven't thrown up in like two years. One presentation is tomorrow, the other is most likely on Monday.

I feel you. Just take deep breaths, tell yourself everything it fine and nothing bad will happen to you. I hate doing presentations and I get panic attacks sometimes just thinking about talking in front of a group of people, but if you focus more on what you are presenting than your anxiety and how stressed you feel, it should calm you down. If not, just push through, ignore your nausea and pounding heart, and it will be over with soon.

How am I supposed to ignore the nausea? The one tomorrow is first thing in the morning and I'm terrified.
