What does "being mean" mean to you?

Not doing what I want them to do

people giving back handed compliments, or mocking, dragging, shading.
or being condescending.
manipulative
diplomatic
two faced
conceited.
...i mean...the list goes on.

Basically, putting yourself in front of everyone else or not considering how your actions impact others.

i offer someone something,knowing they really want it. then i take it back.
