I’m flattered, honestly (some other typically nice comments based on how well I know them and what I think of them as a person,) but I’m not really interested in you like that. I’m truly sorry and hope you find someone wonderful in the future.
@DarkHeaven I totally get you. I’m nice until pushed. Then I become a complete bitch.

Ha! I haven’t refused my husband anything in years . Date nights are awesome. 😁

But if I were dating and someone asked me out that I didn’t want to go out with , the patented “ oh I’m sorry , I’m seeing someone right now “ . That’s what my friends always did . 🤷🏻‍♀️

@SW-User In real life at school I did use the even more devastating "I'm washing my hair."

To which my friend tactfully added (points to the guy asking me out when there was another girl present, in retrospect), "And she's washing it every other evening you'd like her to go out, too."
I'd love to, but I don't want to.

I'm getting tested for herpes that day... again. *rolls eyes*

*Get closeface and whisper fearfully* Who's gonna pay?

Can I bring my husband?
(If they say yes, decline. If they say no, decline. If they try to back out, cry.)

Accept, letting him know he made a bleak day brighter after a positive std confirmation or pregnancy test.

But I really just say I'm not dating right now. Because I'm not, and the asker just happens to be one of the people--everyone--that's true of.
@KayraJordyn Missed you. 🖤
@KayraJordyn 🖤🤗
@KayraJordyn I love all of these 😆

Good morning!

I just say "no thanks but I'm flattered you asked." If they push for a reason, I just say "I'm not dating atm."
@SW-User I’m too wordy, probably. *giggles*
@SW-User Yours is perfect, honestly. Nice but short.
@SW-User Firm and polite.

"I can't because after spending 10 minutes with you I get an urge to stab you in the eye with a pencil"
@FreeSpirit1 No room for guesswork. I like that.

I've never turned someone down. I'm always the one getting turned down. It's why I don't really care about being in a relationship with anybody.
@IWasCallingYaLarry Relationships aren’t the best things about life. Here’s a hug 🤗

Most people here should never turn down a date. I say no thanks and give a short reason why.
@HannahSky Considerately firm. Nice.
HannahSky · F
@wilderflower are you trying to turn someone down for a date?
@HannahSky No. I have no trouble turning someone down. Found this cartoon and think it’s funny.

I don't turn people down, I am the one getting turned down 🤨
@bassman09uk Aw here’s a hug 🤗
