Do I want my first major music event to be any of those two? No.
Should I go? Idk, I'm confused

I wouldn't want to be stuck in such a big crowd. Prefer smaller venues. Though I would go to Desert Daze or a smaller festival like that.

I'd probably still go just for a free experience lol and to be there for my friend

@SatyrService The people in the comments have convinced me to go, even it's for my friends. And honestly? I've realized I love my friends too much to decline an opportunity to spend time with them.

There are a lot of people and bands. Off the top of my head, I'd rather see Green Day, Metallica, KISS, Megadeth, Hozier, Troye Sivan, Cigarettes After Sex (I missed that opportunity because I didn't have the money) and a bunch of other alternative, pop punk bands 🖤
