Have you ever spent a proverbial 40 days in the desert? Did you emerge from that a wiser being?

I spent about 8 years in the Aussie Bush, and 'yes and no'.
I became calmer, less stuck up..,. But people were just as cruel.

It's scary... Mankind can live day to day on a planet - and never think about it once.
