How to save a lady bug crawling on your monitor without squishing it with your man hands?

Put a hand under the monitor to catch it, poke it with your finger in the direction of your hand until it falls, cup poking hand over catching hand and put it on a flower

Use a paper and try to let it crawl onto it

Slide a piece of paper under it:)
