@soulsrespite thanks, but it is about preserving the natural enzymes in your mouth and saliva which combat cavities; instead brushing your teeth kills all of them.

You shouldn’t brush your teeth right after a meal. My dentist always advised to brush half an hour or more after or even before a meal.

You need to give it half an hour, until the acid in your mouth recedes.
