Although my life is good

I constantly have this worry about the future. Please, i want to get rid of that. Worry get off me 🙀

I understand that. The future is scary, because it's uncertain. I don't think we should be afraid, though. It takes away from the now.

A long time ago someone told me to not worry about things I cannot control. That really stuck with me through life. For every worry, ask yourself "Can I do anything about it?" If the answer is no, then don't worry about it. If the answer is yes, then do something about it so you don't have to worry about it any more.

@gmatthewb the thing is, for most of the things they're long term. So i'd better ask "can i do anything about it today?". Good idea, good question

@elafina I understand, the long term stuff you can't really do a lot about. But you could make a plan with little steps that will make that long term worry take care of itself though. Kind of like some people do with life goals. Make a goal (so to speak) for the next week or month that might help out in the long term. Good luck though, hope all you have to worry about turns out the best possible way for you.

Just fill it with knowledge and purpose or even simply write down the worry.. thoughts are mind travel. Just get back home by taking a flight.. leave the worry where you found it.
